All quotes are valid only for 30 days from date given.  You must sign a sales contract to secure the quoted price.

Receiving a quote from Designs by Jan does not guarantee you will be getting a custom package.  Only quotes submitted far enough in advance will be considered.  Occasionally I can squeeze in a rush order but that will be decided on a case by case basis.

Try to describe your desired design/colors/flowers to use, as acurately as you can.  I would also like photos to further help me to know just what it is you desire your flowers to look like.  Bear in mind that if you are sending photos of real flowers you will not get exact duplicates using silks.  I would not send you something that I would not carry myself.

Work will begin on your flowers only after a sales contract has been signed and the 60% deposit paid.
