DESIGNS BY JAN WEDDING FLOWERS CONTRACT

DESIGNS BY JAN reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any time I feel that the obligations contained herein cannot be met.  Liability is limited to a full refund of all monies paid.

TERMS: Payments must be made in cash, money order, or wth credit card via PayPal.  All orders will require a deposit of 60% of the total package price.  Deposits are non-refundable.  Balance due must be paid in full at least 30 days before shipping/pickup date.   If your package is not paid in full in the time agreed, shipping will be delayed.  You will risk not recieving your flowers on time as I will not delay another bride's shipping date because of late final payments. 

INITIAL QUOTES: All charges and shipping/pickup dates will be based on quotes given less than 30 days prior to signing of contract.  

EMAIL & PHONE CONSULTATIONS: Consultations/correspondance will be primarily via email and will be limited to a reasonable number.  If number of emails becomes excessive DESIGNS BY JAN reserves the right to charge $2.00 per email after the first 12 emails.  Phone consultations will be done only if there is a problem encountered during the design or shipping phase.

EMAIL PHOTOS:  You will receive 2-3 photos of the bridal bouquet, as well as one photo each of attendants bouquets, ceremony arrangements, etc..  Photos of small items, ie. cosages & bouts will be group photos.  Request for additional photos may result in being charged $2.50 per photo.

DESIGN CHANGES:  Changes can be made after veiwing photos but are limited to one free re-design.  Additional design changes will result in a 25% additional charge per piece being re-designed.  I make every effort to make your designs according to the description provided and cannot repeatedly redesign arrangements for indecisive brides.

ADDITINAL PIECES: A limited number of pieces may be added to the original contract before final payment is made.  No guarantee is given that the same flowers will be available on orders made after the original contract is signed.  Every effort will be made to insure that additional pieces will match the original order as closely as possible.

CACELLATIONS: This is a custom order and the undersigned agree that if payment is not made in full by 30 days prior to shippng/pickup date, this contract may be cancelled by the seller and all payments are forfeited.  Contract cancellation by the buyer must be made in writing.  Contracts cancelled more than 30 days prior to the 30 day shipping/pickup date will receive a refund of monies paid ,less the non-refundable deposit.  DESIGNS BY JAN is not responsible for weddings that are cancelled.

SUBSTITUTIONS: DESIGNS BY JAN will do everything possible to prevent substitutions.  However, I reserve the right to make substitutions in the event that flowers ordered from suppliers are out of stock, discontinued, or are not of the quality suitable for a wedding.  In the event of a substitution, the overall integrity of design and color will be maintained.

SHIPPING: DESIGNS BY JAN is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.  All items are carefully wrapped in plastic bags, securely packed in sturdy boxes and surrounded with packing material.  Please contact me within 72 hours of delivery if any item is missing.  I double check each box but sometimes mistakes happen.  Missing items will be shipped to you at my expense.  Your package will contain a list of items and instructions for care and storage of your flowers.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

I must recieve a printed signed copy of this contract, and the 60% deposit before I will begin work on your flowers.  Contracts will be filled in the order that they are recieved.

If someone other than the bride is paying for the flowers I require their signature on this contract as well as the bride's.
