*Today's silk flowers are so realistic and come in so many new varieties your guests will not know you are using faux. *They can be purchased far in advance which greatly helps to budget your wedding expenses. *No worries about last minute substitutions by the florist when the desired flowers didn't arrive from the grower. *You can confidently take photos before the ceremony and not worry about the flowers being wilted by ceremony time. *Outdoor weddings won't wilt them either. *And you don't have to be concerned about allergies. *You can keep them and display them in your home for many years or pass on as an heirloom if you have stored them properly. *These are just a few of the benefits.

How much do your designs cost? |

My designs are custom made so price is based on the kinds of flowers used and the number of flowers in each design. I do have some basic prices listed on "MY PRICES" page. These prices are based on a typical mixture of basic silks. The use of all "NATURAL TOUCH" or "REAL TOUCH" type flowers in your design may add to the cost but they are worth every cent.
For the bride on a really tight budget I can make smaller designs using no NATURAL/REAL TOUCHflowers to keep the cost down. These will still be botanically correct silks that are very lovely. I won't make any bouquet that I wouldn't be willing to use in my own ceremony.

How far in advance do I need to order my flowers? |

I typically recommend at least 3-4 months in advance. Longer during the busy spring/summer wedding times. This gives me time to discuss your needs with you, order the needed flowers, handmake the designs myself, photograph them for your final approval, package and ship them to you. It can take 3-6 weeks to get some flowers from the manufacturer if they are in high demand. You always want to be sure that we have plenty of time to make the designs just as you want them. |

How do you ship the flowers? |

I use UPS Ground for most of my shipping. This usually gets them to your door in 3-5 business days without spending too much on shipping. I package my florals very well and they should arrive in perfect condition. |

Do you ship internationally? |

NO! I apologize to international brides, but I have had nothing but problems with overseas sales. If you have an address in the USA that I can ship them to, I will discuss that option with you. Be aware that you must allow much more lead time than brides here in the United States.

How will I pay for my designs? |

I can accept payment through Paypal, cashiers check or money order. I no longer accept personal checks. A sales contract will be signed and a deposit of 60% will be paid up front before work will begin on your flowers. The balance must be paid in full before shipping. |

Can I get my money back if I decide I don't like them? |

NO! These florals will be custom made to your specifications and cannot be returned. I have a sales contract that explains everything in detail. I work very hard with each bride to get a clear understanding of what she wants. I send clear/quality photos for your final approval before shipping. I have never had a disappointed bride. |

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO ORDER MY FLOWERS?

In very simple terms, here are the steps to ordering.
Step 1. Simply fill out the price quote form and send it. Be as detailed as you can be on the form. Every extra detail you give helps me to create an accurate price quote for you. As well as creating exactly the flowers you desire.
Step 2. Once I recieve your price quote form I will figure up the price for your florals and email you with a detailed price quote. If I have additional questions you will be emailed about these before I give the final price quote. (Price quotes are valid for only 30 days)
Step 3. If you desire to purchase you will need to fill out my sales contract and returned a signed copy to me with the deposit.
Step 4. Once I receive the contract and deposit I will order the needed flowers from the manufacturer. When they arrive at my shop I begin work on the individual bride's packages in the order they were received.
Step 5. I will send photos of the bouquets for final approval. Once I have final approval I will request the balance due, including shipping cost.
Step 6. When final payment is received, flowers will be shipped to your door.
Step 7. You will receive your beautiful flowers. : )
